Wine Wednesday Cocktail Recipies

Vinomagna • Jul 19, 2017

If there is one rule we have been listening to this summer it is to stay hydrated in the heat. If like us you are partial to a glass of wine or a bottle from the wine cellar on wine Wednesday.. or any day of the week.. then why not mix it up with a daily wine cocktail from our list below.

Monday

Have you ever been kissed? French kissed specifically? If not then you should try it.. the cocktail that is. A French kiss is a perfect way to start the week, light fruity and fresh

French Kiss

Ingredients:

Directions:

Muddle the mint with the grapes and plain sugary syrup in a shaker. Add the shot of vodka, squeeze a little lemon juice, add half a glass of rose or white wine and ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with prosecco. MWAH!

Wine Wednesday is reserved for a special wine cocktail recipe. Nothing works better with wine in the summer than watermelon. It’s for this reason, this cocktail gets the wonderfully sweet and refreshing Wednesday position.

Friday

Fancy something a little dry? Fridays are for experimenting and seeing as this makes four servings, if you are drinking alone, there is a lot to go around.

Ginger Jewel

  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces simple syrup
  • 16 ounces dry Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
